Plant-based dyeing in France.

After attending a workshop in Burgundy with my friend Nathalie, we were immediately hooked. We went searching for plants in the area around La Charité sur Loire, to harvest, dry, boil, and use them to dye textiles. We reused old sheets, lace, tea towels, etc., which we first treated with a so-called Mordant.
